For my calling at church, I was the Activity Co-Chair. A way cute girl named Nicole and I were in charge of picking way fun activities that people would want to come to. We did this once a month. YAY! It was a really fun job. In January, we decided that for February we wanted to do a really fun thing. We wanted to have a formal dinner and a dating pannel. Way fun, I know! So, we got the dating pannel together. We had an older couple, a return mission couple, a pre mission coulple, and then a couple who represented the single return mission people. We had all our ducks in a row. Except one. I was the female for the single couple, and I still needed a male. Well, as you can imagine at Snow College, the pickings are few for a male that I needed. I had the choice between two guys. The first guy, I will not mention his name, told me that he loved me every second of the day it seemed. He would grab my leg, and tell me that I was georgous. I was flattered yet scared. The second guy was Nick. Oh boy oh boy was I wanting Nick to be with me up there! At FHE (Family Home Evening) I was planning to ask him if he wanted to be on the board. This would require some serious flirting. I was more then happy to provide that! At FHE, we were in the same family. This made things pretty easy. We were watching "The Other Side of Heaven". I was flirting with him a lot. I eventually asked him if he wanted to be on the pannel and he said yes!
I origionally wanted everyone in the pannel to do something funny. So, I was asking Nick what he wanted to do and he would not tell me. I was a little nervous for this dinner.
